Why we understand an Australian wall.

01	Plasterboard lining	Sheet lining fixed to studs and noggings; fixing centres per industry practice and the project documentation.
02	Services — electrical & plumbing	Conduits, cabling and pipework run inside the frame cavity, set out from the electrical and plumbing plans, with protection where services pass through framing.
03	Glasswool insulation	Batts fitted full width between studs, no gaps; rating per the project energy report.
04	Framing (LVL) — studs / noggings / bracing / plates	Structural timber studs at typical 600mm centres, noggings supporting lining edges, bracing set out to the project's wind classification, and continuous top and bottom plates — to the project engineering.
05	Sarking membrane + opening flashings	Weather barrier lapped upper-over-lower, keeping the frame dry while letting moisture escape; flashings set out to the project documentation.
06	External cladding	Cladding fixed over a drained, ventilated cavity; screws, nails and connectors in the specified gauge and spacing.
